Got a new friend - A grasshopper to play with :))

you are not gonna believe me what I got for a friend today -A grasshopper...Yippie !!!

I was as usual very busy this morning exploring around our house with thatha and he showed me a very beautiful green color friendly looking thing.. it was moving very very slowly unlike me ;p. The first thought that struck me was to pick him up and pet him.. My mommy got too scared that she was trying all tricks to distract me away from the hopping mate..but If you guys know me then you would have by now guessed my next action.. Yup.. you are right..my new friend Mr.Grasshopper was struggling to set himself free from my tight grip..My mommy always says that I have a strong hold onto everything.. and now I didnt want to prove her wrong :)

It felt kind of funny to let the greenbug move around me..It was as If I was playing "This little piggie " with my daddy..I liked the tickling caused by the hopper..I wanted mommy to feel the tickle and when I said "aama " and gave my friend to her, she was already 10 feet away..I dont understand elders, they miss the best fun around always..

Then I wanted to do my "Quality testing" - my way of finding out whether I like an object thoroughly or not.. it is very very simple.. I put everything in my mouth, If it feels Ok, then they are mine forever and I pile it up in my huge blue basket- my collection includes wires from thatha's electronic gizmos, utensils from ammama's kitchen, mommy's hairclips, a huge mango seed that I got from my udutha friend, a big fern leaf, batteries, a ten rupee note and what not !!

Okie.. coming to my testing today.. I was waiting for the right moment when I could distract mommy and thatha with my sweetest smiles..I pulled a prank of running so fast and while doing so.. I put my hoppermate in my mouth.. or should I say closer to my mouth..thatha was so quick that he took my friend away in one quick action that I could hardly get any taste of my buddy..another wasted trial of trying to eat animal protein..phew !!!

The next thing I knew..Mr.Hopper was perched way too high on a tree branch.. I did my pretense crying with the usual.." hmm hmm aama.. hmm hmm aama " but nothing helped, he just wouldnt come down nor would mommy get him for me..

Oh dear friend.. I miss you..Do come and play with me another day.. I promise I will handle you with care the next time I see you.. definitely no chewng you or crushing you !

Gotta go now..I hear mommy saying " Munnu time to eat now " The one thing I detest more than taking a head shower is this..I am still trying to find a way out of eating.. If anyone knows it, dont hesitate to ping me anytime of the day.." Aamaa, nana cuming " !!
